[ The title embraces the imperfect language of childhood, where emotions often exist before words can fully explain them. Rather than wishing someone could stay forever, the child wishes they could simply be forever — turning “forever” into a quality of existence rather than a measure of time. The grammatical imperfection becomes a reflection of innocence, love, and the longing to keep cherished moments and loved ones from ever fading. ]
